First Step Estate Agents
First Step Web Design

Red3D Ltd were called upon in December 2015 to work with First Step Estate Agents.
From that point the work bond grew.
Initially the idea was to look at the branding of First Step and to create everything with a consistent look.

Designer Debi put together the First Step branding guidelines so we all knew pantones, colours, fonts for all future marketing and advertising.

The next urgent item on the agenda was the website. A new look and something that the competition was not doing. Showing the full service of the team and examples of properties sold and let. We asked their clients if they would be happy to write testimonials. Clients now send their positive comments all the time, which is great. Testimonials get added to the website on a regular basis.

The website is now up and running and has direct links to Rightmove, Prime Location and Zoopla.
We update the site continuously, adding new properties, staff news and latest events that First Step have sponsored in the community.

Branching out into New Homes working closely with Campbell Buchanan has led us to produce Adverts, Mailers, Billboards and new stationery for each site. Also, assisting with recruitment.

Social Media is a strong marketing tool and one that First Step were far too busy to maintain so Red3D run this on their behalf. Our team spend time in the offices so we know first-hand what’s coming up and exciting new deals that are being closed so we can add this to Twitter, Facebook, Linked-In and the Website as things happen.

Keeping the site updated is always recommended so that customers can see latest news, testimonials to gain credibility and awareness in the local community. Not only that it is very good for search engine purposes. Google prefers sites which are regularly updated and will tend to list these higher than out-of-date websites. We also make sure the site has up to date software to ensure its safe and secure.

The First Step Facebook page has grown from just a handful of followers back in 2015 to thousands now. Questions are answered instantly. Clients can see how great and friendly the staff are and how they also welcome customers to their premises.

The Partners Jules and David are a great team and work from 8am – 8pm officially but can almost always be contacted 365 days per year. Their outlook on selling and buying homes is fresh and appealing. No hard sell, not target driven, no pin-stripe suits, just genuine, knowledgeable staff who care.

Promotional items have also come into play with First Step, bespoke shape keyrings to go on client’s new house keys, branded umbrellas, branded Gazebo’s which are often used at local community events for First Step and other community projects; pull up banners, Hunters Wellies, Hard hats and Hi-Viz wear and we have lots more ideas in the pipeline.

The FS brand has followed through onto new stationery from letterhead and business cards to folders, forms and mailers which we arrange to have put through letterboxes in Arlesey, Fairfield Park, Stotfold and Hitchin so far.

First Step do so much for the local community. They are the main sponsor for Etonbury Academy and give so much back to the Academy and Red3D are always happy to help too.

Donations have included funds to Mia’s Wheelchair, Stones’ Garden, Poppies Nursery, Fairfield Bowls, Fairfield Youth Club and various other sponsorships.

From logo revamp, to new web domain, website and exhibition graphics we have done it all for First Step.

So, with the all-round service we offer to First Step the relationship is building monthly and we must say they are a great team to grow with.

If any of these services appeal to you or your company, please do call us 0203 7277 279 or email Sales@red3dltd.co.uk

We look forward to working with you too.

New Balance Athletic Shoes UK Ltd Having worked closely with New Balance for over 10 years we have supplied a variety of bespoke and standard items for their Marketing Department.

Standard items have been pens, pen gift sets, wall clocks, mousemats and credit card USB’s.  These are used for incentives for distributors and prizes too. Each year New Balance send me their latest trainer which I then have a perfect miniature made, this can be a keyring, a USB or even an air freshener. Recently we produced a large batch of N keyrings produced on the same style as the metal cutter used to stamp out the N logo which is seen on the side of all trainers. Bespoke Poncho’s, Trainer Fresheners, Towels, Bam Bam inflatables, Shoe laces, and Eco friendly products are still just a small selection of the items supplied. New Balance are a great team to work with and have even donated trainers for a local Running charity event I am involved in as prizes, which will be very well received.

The New Balance logo is strong and easily recognised. On a recent holiday in Florida running courses were seen outside the hotel organised by New Balance and a huge shop to peruse too! Two years ago we were asked to produce some bespoke Metronomes in red with the NB branding on product, the packaging and the instructions – this went very well and a second batch were ordered. In 1906, William J. Riley, British emigrant, founded the New Balance Arch Support Company, manufacturing arch supports and other accessories designed to improve shoe fit in the Boston area. His first product, a flexible arch support, was designed with three support points to provide greater balance and comfort in the shoe.

It is believed that Riley came up with the name “New Balance” by observing chickens in his yard and demonstrated the way his arch supports worked by keeping a chicken foot on his office desk. He explained to customers that the chicken’s three-clawed foot resulted in perfect balance. In 1927, Riley hired Arthur Hall to be a salesman. In 1934, Hall became a business partner and found his niche by marketing to people whose jobs required them to spend a lot of time standing.

A great company to work with.  Helpful, speedy, flexible and always with a smile.

When we had our first initial meeting with Arlesey Carpets we were told they are a family run business and have been trading for 25 years.

With the Town in which they are located growing fast they wanted to reach out to new clients and have a new updated profile too. We started with a brand new logo which followed on to all printed stationery signage and literature. Once this was all achieve we began with photography of the warehouse, staff and products to use on their brand new website. Corporate clothing next as Danny and the Team are out and about seeing clients all day long and their work can be messy with glues etc we decided on a Navy and  with white corporate branding to give a uniform look to all staff – fleece jackets, polo shirts and beanie hats are now all supplied also personalised with each name. Next came signage and livery for vehicles.  The signage was very important as their warehouse is not visible from the high street and with the large sign the turning is now very clear and visisble from both directions. The whole project was aimed at local people and villages in the surrounding areas to become aware of their great service. No longer do clients have to trudge into big towns 10-30 miles away when they have this great service on their doorstep with free parking. We produced quite a few promotional items for Arlesey Carpets this included Mugs, beermats, lighters and other items to pass onto clients. These have been well received by clients. Lastly, we now also cover all social media for Arlesey Carpets – Facebook and Twitter and also their marketing and advertising to ensure when they do spend its going to give them the right return. We are pleased with the huge progress Arlesey Carpets have now made. The corporate look is great and they are now becoming very well known not just visually but by the charitable donations they make and include themselves in. Danny and the Team are a great to work with!

Red3D have been great to work with.  Very hands on and always available when we need them. They have brought the company together and we now have a very strong brand that clients recognise. Our sales have improved via Social Media and it has made us far more approachable too. Red3D also look after all our advertising to ensure we are seen in the right places for the business and our charity work. The promotional goods go down so well and its great to see them at clients houses when we go back for repeat business. They did some great photography for us and even sorted the sign writing whilst we got on with what we do. We are happy to stay with Red3D to help us to continue to grow.

Danny and the Team.
